  • The wrong item or bundle was shipped
  • The item arrives damaged
  • There is a verified shipping error attributable to us or our fulfillment partners
Cases Where the Satisfaction Guarantee Does Not ApplyThe Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply in the following situations:
  • Accidental duplicate purchases (e.g. ordering two units when only one was intended)
  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer (wrong product, variant, or bundle selected)
  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after shipment
  • Failure to review product descriptions, inclusions, or bundle contents before purchase
  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not retrieved from a mailbox, parcel locker, or pickup location
  • Delays caused by customs processing, carrier backlogs, or restocks (when clearly communicated)
